Are your towels hotel quality?

Yes. If a towel weighs more than 550 g/m², it can be considered hotel quality. Of course, we could have chosen even heavier towels, but that would come at the expense of absorbency.

Are the towels made sustainably?

Yes, the towels are sustainably produced and made from premium cotton. Only biodegradable chemicals are used, which are safe for your skin. The working conditions in the factory are good, and transportation takes place within Europe.

“Why do Miss Towels towels come from Portugal?

Portugal has been known for centuries for its high-quality textile industry. The Portuguese know better than anyone how to make a great towel. In addition, we find it important that our towels are produced under European regulations, and the transport distances are much shorter, making them more sustainable.

Can I wash these towels at 60°C?

Yes, you can. But be careful: if you then put them in the dryer, it should not exceed 60°C either. This way, the towels will stay beautiful and soft for longer.

Why do Miss Towels towels shed less lint?

Great question. At Miss Towels, everything is about quality - and you can see that in our choice of high-quality, combed cotton from Portugal. During the combing process, short, loose fibers are removed before the fabric is woven. In addition, our towels are carefully woven at a lower speed, resulting in stronger loops that are less likely to come loose.

What about shipping costs and returns?

We offer FREE shipping on orders over €45, worldwide, with track & trace. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are not covered.
