What is your return policy?

We offer a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 60 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly assist you in returning your order for a full refund.

How do I cancel an order?

Cancelling your order is easy. Simply send an email to info@misstowels.nl, and we’ll take care of the rest. Please note that we ship orders quickly, so your towels may already be on their way. In that case, you can follow our return instructions.

My towel arrived damaged. What should I do?

First of all, our sincere apologies if your towel arrives damaged. We take great care to package and ship our towels as carefully as possible. Please follow the return instructions to send your damaged towel back to us.

How do I return my towels?

Returning your items is simple and can be done in 3 steps:

1. Contact us via info@misstowels.nl and let us know the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the process.

2. Return the towels, preferably in the original packaging, to:

3. Once we have received your return (within 30 days of delivery), we will refund your payment.

Can I exchange my towels?

Yes, of course, provided they are unused and returned within 14 days. The process is the same as a return, except that instead of a refund, we will send your replacement towels as soon as we receive your return.

I received the wrong towels. What should I do?

Our apologies. We handle every order with the utmost care, but mistakes can happen. Please contact us at info@misstowels.nl, and we’ll be happy to assist you so you can enjoy the right towels as soon as possible.
