Refunds
1.1 Once we have received your returned towels and verified that they comply with our return policy, we will proceed with processing your refund.
1.2 Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the returned items have been received, using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
1.3 Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the towel is defective or an error occurred during the shipping process by misstowels.nl.
Exceptions
2.1 In addition to personalized products, certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or health reasons. Please contact our customer service for more information.
2.2 Towels purchased during special promotions or with a discount may only be eligible for a refund in the form of store credit or an exchange for a product of equal value.
