Refunds

1.1 Once we have received and verified the returned towels for compliance with our return policy, we will proceed to process your refund.

1.2 Refunds will be processed within 30 days of return using the same payment method you used when placing your order, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

1.3 Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the towel is defective or an error was made by misstowels.co.uk during the shipping process.

Exceptions

2.1 In addition to personalized products, certain items may not be returnable due to hygiene or health reasons. Please contact our customer service team for more information.

2.2 For towels purchased during a special promotion or at a discount, refunds can only be made in the form of a credit or an exchange for another product of equal value.
